Great service, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere

Although not the cheapest hotel in maidstone, definitely one of the most luxurious. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and and the bar and restaurant staff provided fast and friendly service. They were polite and helpful. It was a lovely relaxed evening. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it. The rooms were well presented, nice and large, and the beds were comfy and huge new TVs! So although it wasn't the cheapest weekend, as the food and drinks prices were a little high, I left feeling happy.
