WORSE LIFE EXPERIENCE!

supposed to stay in this hotel for 20 days to complete our university placement here in London. My roommate broke out in these tiny bites with in the first couple days of staying here. We thought it was something she ate until it got worse and we were eating the same things we ate at university. She went to the doctors he couldnt tell what it was. We complained to the hotel they washed our clothes and changed our rooms to a smaller and even more damaged room. Being University students we didn't want to complain much until it came to our health and safety. In the new room I broke out with these same small bites. We had had enough and complained again to the hotel asked for a refund even just a refund for the nights we no longer wanted to stay there. The manager and the owner both refused a refund for our conditions. The only thing they could offer to us was a 3rd room which had wood floors instead of carpet but the beds were still old ones and the bathroom was still in horrible condition. In both the rooms we stayed at the carpet was torn, the shower head was broken and had to use the hose by hand instead of hanging on the wall, holes in the curtains, holes in the walls it was horrible but we were desperate strapped for cash and never thought we would get an itchy rash.

Top Local Tips for London
London in January Perhaps it's because I'm Canadian and used to being under 10ft of snow, but I thought the weather in England during Janaury was quite pleasant. Better than I imagined. Couple the comfortable temperature with the fact that it is the country's slow season for tourism and it makes it a very attractive time to travel there. Waiting times were non-existant leaving the only "frenzy" at the shops for their infamous after-Christmas sales.
London Eye The eye is well worth the admission price. Make sure you check it out!
