Me, my daughther and my wife had very pleasant stay at the Thistle Marbel Arch Hotel. We went London because we love this city and because we wanted to show it to our daughter. We enjoyed much our stay and your hospitality in your Hotel contributed much to the sucess of our journey. We trust to travel again as soon we can. Best regards. great location

The Hotel was in a great location. On our check in, it took over an hour, not sure why. Escalator was not working for the six days we were there. Service was very good and the restaurant good. However I'm Scotish, so it is really coming back home for me. What really disappointed me was there was no English speaking employees there what so ever. Everybody was foreign. It was also the same in most of the stores except Marks and Spencers.

The check in procedure was efficient, and very pleasant. My stay was an enjoyable one. I have no complaints at all, and would stay at the Thistle again when I return to the UK.
