I enjoyed the hotel generally. Nice people/staff, wonderful little restaurant, liked the "neighborhood feel" of the area, easy transportation etc The negatives included advertised internet access that only started the day I arrived and required being in the restaurant... library worked but was used EVERY DAY for a filming of something... nice for the hotel I guess ($$$) but as a guest I resented it being essentially closed for the WEEK I stayed at the hotel. Room was well done but quite small.... given I was thee for the week and the hotel didn't seemed booked all week, it would have been nice if a slightly larger room was offered... but Over all, I have recommended the hotel to several other people... at least one (Ms Lazar who travels to London often) used the hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. The rooms were a little small for me, but that is to be expected in such a historic hotel. Overall, had a good experience.
