I was afraid to put my stuff down in the room because the carpet was dicustingly dirty. The bed covers were the dirtiest covers I have seen in my life. The staff was very rude and they had no idea what was going on in the hotel. And my expensive coat that I left in the room when I checked out of the hotel was stolen by the staff. when I called back for it the same day they wouldnt try to help me at all. I dont have that coat anymore, some hotel staf is enjoying it I guess. I had the worst experience of a hotel ever!

Book and pay for one room type and get another

We booked a twin bedded room and were offered a tiny room with a three-quarter bed. It was quite the smallest hotel bedroom I have ever been offered to accommodate two people. Because the hotel were unable to offer us anything else, we left and stayed elsewhere. We had paid for the room in full and the hotel refused any form of compensation. I have put the lost cost down to experience and learned never to book this hotel ever again.
