Over-rated and over-priced
This hotel needs a major overhaul. For a 5 star hotel, the rooms have very poor air quality - the staff recommended opening the room of the door to cool it down! My co-workers had to switch rooms 3 times before finding a reasonable room. The bathrooms are old, refrigerator leaked. When my tub overflowed at 11pm, there was no one on staff to bring a mop, someone came and dropped off an armful of towels!
Overall the front desk and concierge staff was pleasant and helpful. Only reason i'd stay there again would be to get more spg points and that the location was within walking distance of some west end attractions.
