My room was spectacular - beautifully restored period building.

Relaxation in Surrey Bring bags with wheels. This place is great. No expense is spared you one is delighted at every turn. But the rooms are wide ranging and up and down little staircases. Bring bags with wheels.

Food in both restaurants is a very good standard, and attentive service, particularly in fine dining restaurant. Even for special dietary requrements.Breakfast equally efficient and plenty of choice,
Spa facilities are very luxurious, feel pampered even without the treatments which we didnt have as we felt they were pricey. Whole spa experience was great but need to keep tabs on your dressing gown and slippers and personal items during busy periods as they are all the same!
Gym was also a good experience, clean with choice of equipment, bigger than most hotel gyms.
Outdoor spa was warm even in winter, and it did snow! Didnt try outdoor pool though. Indoor pool was fine. Overall a very relaxing and pampered break definitely reccommend it as escape for parents of teenagers!Enjoy!
