We booked through Expedia - and had in our confirmation 1 adult 1 child 15 year. But the man behind the desk was very rude and said they had nothing to do with Expedia, only UTIL something. They charge me 45 £ more than the confirmation said - and if we haven't started our journey at three in the morning we would never had staid! They also had a shower that made a terrible noise and it was a big spot of something in the roof. Terrible place!

Hotel room at Park Lodge Hotel

I stayed there for two nights, it was an en suite room. Could not sit on toilet properly had to sit sideways on the seat (which was cracked mended with elastoplast or tape) as there was no room for legs in front, I am not a tall person only 5'3". The shower was so tiny, don't drop the soap. That's if you can manage to squeeze though the tiny gap between the sink and the wall. The room was cold, had to change the kettle as it didn't work. The receptionist was friendly. I was glad to leave and won't return.

Great hotel

As hard as I tried, I can’t find a downside to this hotel. I had sky movies. Beautiful en-suite very very clean! Nice bed. Everything I needed for the 1 night. If you do not need a large room, then this hotel is perfect. Breakfast all u can eat. Very nice staff. Very friendly. Will always use this hotel

Small, simple hotel with similar facilities. It is a 3 minute walk from convenient-stores, internet cafés, restaurants, Hyde Park and most important: underground station Queensway. They even cut me a deal on the price for the room. Free full breakfast (all you can eat). Excellent choice if you are on a budget!
