If you want to be verbally abused by the owner, this is your place. Otherwise, go for one of the other b&b in the same street (same price, better service)

We're greeting like family, and felt very comfortable. Very clean and friendly service. We stayed in 2 different rooms, one with a toilet and shower in the room and one w, toilet down the hall. Choose the 1st for convenience if you can.

Top Local Tips for London

One Day Travel Card Buy the one day travel card (6.40 pounds). If you get a 1-2 zone pass you can travel the tube and busses all day. Single fare is 4 pounds so if you are going to take more than one ride a day it saves money to get the travel card. The cards are available at all tube stations.

Oyster Card Buy an Oyster Card to travel about London. It makes life much easier and is less expensive then the other travel passes.

Tube Fly into Heathrow, go to the tube, buy an Oyster card (3 pound deposit, plus buy 3-6 pounds per day of your stay), and take the Piccadilly Line to Earl's Court. When you get to the station, follow the signs to Earl's Court Rd, and take the lift up. (You can exit the other end, but you have three flights of stairs.) The oyster card is super-convenient, plus gives you the lowest price! (example: a regular ticket is 3 pounds, but if you use Oyster you only pay 1.50) The amount remaining on your card is displayed every time you swipe it, so if you start to run low, you just top it off at any station. On your way out, return the card for your 3 pound deposit, plus any amount remaining up to 5 pounds.
