Very grubby inside, our room was on the top floor, 4 flights of stairs up (no lift), window frame was rotten and glass falling out. Carpet needed a good hoover, shower was uterly useless as the ceiling height above the tray was only about five feet - you can't fit under the shower! Had a TV but reception was so bad you could hardly see a picture. Breakfast was terrible & consisted of tea or coffee (tasted the same) and thin-sliced white bread that you could toast yourself. Rubbish.
