Terrible!!

We visit this Hotel last year. The Pictures in the Internet looked good, the price was good, and the position was also good. But in real the bedrooms were terrible!! The hangings came down, our double bed, we meet, were two separate beds. And one of them were only 2 mattresses on top of each other. So I advise you, DON`T GO IN THIS HOTEL!!!!

Terrible!

This is the worst hotel you can imagine; Dirty all over, dirty bedsheets, dirty rooms.... And this seemed to be the "hotel"'s policy. It's a shame that such places are allowed to stay open.

Disappointing

I had asked on my 2nd day (I was there for a week) for a new light bulb to be installed in the bathroom. The manager (or desk clerk) promised each day to have it done - it never was. upon my departure, that same person had reserved a ride to Victoria station, quoting me a price (with no commission). This also proved incorrect, as the price upon arrival at the station was higher than quoted. I would not recommend nor patronize you business in the future.

Absolute pits

It was the absolute pits. The breakfast was beyond anything I have ever experienced, the staircase approaching the "dining room was filthy' only one lift was functioning, what can I say great disappointment, the place should be closed.

Worst we have ever experienced

My husband reminded me I forgot to tell you about the plastic cups, plastic cutlery, cold tea in the coffee pot, cold coffee in the teapot, when we complained one could hear the comments from the staff in the kitchen. We have never stayed in a worse place. The only redeeming feature was the two young men on the reception desk were very pleasant.
