Unfortunately our stay was during a heatwave; the absence of air conditioning was felt because of this - most uncomfortable.
Breakfast is best avoided. It seems that the only people keeping an eye on whether items need replenishment are the guests. You can have various dishes but the components don't all seem to be available at the sme time. For example you can have cereals and spoons, but no bowls or milk. You can have eggs but no baco. Breakfast time was absolute chaos and best avoided.

We stayed at the Ibis London Euston whilst away for the weekend watching football. We were an all-male party of 6 and therefore booked 3 Twin Rooms. Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready so we went back at the designated time only to find that still only 1 of the 3 was ready. Reception proceeded to give out a Room Key for a room that was still occupied and then another key for a room that had not been cleaned.... these were most definitely not good first impressions !! Eventually, after about an hour, we all had our rooms and these were in good order. The hotel's location is superb and it is pretty good value for money too, the only drawback being the lack of organisation upon arrival.

A "no frills" hotel at a fair price. Everything is in good order and a very helpfull staff. Higly recommended by me to my friends and I myself have stayed here many times. A plus is the location, next to Euston Station.
