Never Stay at this Hotel
I have now read many review sites, after staying at this poor Hotel. Many complaints echo my own. This Hotel has to be the poorest five Star Hotel in London. There is no grand lobby, in fact, you are stood in a small reception area similar to an office block. There are too few staff on lobby service. It is a chaotic mess on Sunday mornings. The staff themselves are pleasant, but not of the quality, that one would expect from a five Star Hotel, more about this later. The bar downstairs is very small and there is nowhere you can meet anyone without sitting in the bar. It lacks everything you would want and expect from a five Star Hotel. The rooms we were given were classified as suites. These are not suites, as one would understand. They are a small bedroom, with a walk in room with a desk, which continues through to the bathroom.
