Bad Bad Bad Bad

I was aware that our hotel would not be a luxurious one, but I expexted at least a normal 2 * hotel, not a crappy place like this. The room was HORRIBLE, four dirty and broken beds (I even found some other people's hair from there), the television didn't work well and the mat was very dirty. But the bathroom was the most horrifying place in the room. I haven't ever seen a bathroom floor so dirty like this one was.
I didn't sleep well, the beds weren't good at all and our "garden view" was another building wall. Not good, no.
The staff was very unfriednly and when I asked for a new pillow on the first day I ended up not getting it. Staff wasn't either friendly or bad behaving. The breakfast was quite ok for a two star hotel (but I've had a better one in two star hotel too). Very noisy and hot room.
I do not recommend this hotel, you can get better with the same price!

Night Great Service

Precio ok, for what you paid.
Day Service, One of the girls had a bad attitude. They do not speak fluent English and they are not great help. Breakast ok, but breakfast area is too small.
The Girl at night, very amiable gal and so extend help. The room was extremely small, but clean.

Unfriendly, smelly, filthy, no garden view at all. Only positive thing: Near underground with direct connection to Heathrow.

Hotel is just very basic, poor quality beds but in an excellent position to travel around London.
