Ideal For Young Adult Travelers!

Ideal for young adult travelers. In walking distance from the Tube, as well as a grocery store, which was convenient, being there was a stove top and mini kitchen in the room to cook breakfast. Please be advised, this is not the Ritz, but it is not a dump either. It was clean. The staff was helpful. This hotel is ideal for those who do not have a lot of money, i.e. college students, such as myself. I would stay in this hotel again. Great overall experience.

Not what it's being advertised.

Generally it was ok if you wanna have a cheap place for sleep. A room was given in the ExCourtHotel 3 - just over the road and NOT what we booked. Room was very tiny and could use some renovation. No hairdryer as promised. If You're used to silence, ask for it - we didn't care for traffic but some people might. Breakfast was very poor - just toast (butter/jam), cereal, milk and hot water (tea or instant(!!!) coffee) and juice - not a continental breakfast as promised as well. Breakfast room is just 4 tables so we had to wait behind the door until some people finished. Otherwise it's very close to Earls Court subway so it was excellent. Staff was really helpful. Won't go to that hotel again.

Disgusting

Weekend Breaker

The rooms are not that clean, our shower did not work properly and it took 2 complaints before they looked at it, continental breakfast consists of cheap sliced bread, butter and jam, cornflakes orange juice and coffee, although there are 5 tables for 20 rooms or like us 2 hotels had to share one breakfast room. Bedding consists of a pillow, cheap and nasty sheets and a very thin brown blanket. Don't bother complaining the staff do not care!!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, although the rooms could be ready earlier for overseas travelers from North America, as our flights land very early in the morning in London. It is an exhausting journey, and when you find out that your room isn't ready, it is very frustrating. Other than that, very good
