I STAYED @ DYLAN HOUSE & IF MY COMPANY SENDS ME WOULD CHOOSE TO STAY THE STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL I STAYED FOR 3MONTHS SERVICE IS CERTAINLY THEIR MOTTO IF YO ARE COMING FOR BUSINESS DYLAN IS DEFINATELY THE PLACE I SHOOT FILMS IN USA & HAVE NOW THOUGHT OF USING DYLAN FOR THIS I DO ADMIRE THE OWNER CAREFL & PRECISE WITH CUSTOMERS EXCELLENT

At check in I was informed that there would be an additional 5% charge if I wanted to use my VISA credit card instead of a Check Card. Our "Double room" consisted of a 12 by 5 foot closet with a tiny bed crammed against the side wall. There was barely enough room to get the tiny bathroom door openand the bathroom was so tiny we could barely turn around once inside it. We were treated to a 4th floor walk up (no lift!) which has treacherous stairs to climb. The walls in our room were so thin you could hear conversations on the street 4 floors below us (with the window closed). Continental breakfast consisted of a couple of variety pack cereals, small jug of milk, tea bags and a orange juice drink-box (this for two adults, two nights stay). Housekeeping for the first day consisted of draping our used towels over the bed headboard as there were no towel racks in the bathroom, and our dishes from our "continental breakfast" were left dirty in the sink. The second night we were awakened at midnight by the people in the 5th floor room above us. They were arguing, talking loudly, making sounds like they were moving furniture (although I can't imagine where they could move it to...). They were pacing back and forth and finally a piece of the ceiling moulding in our room fell down and made an awful crash on the cooktop stove (our so-called kitchenette), just inches from my husband's head. That was it for our stay. We packed our bags and spent the rest of the night on a bench at Paddington Station! I would never ever recommend this awful place to anyone!

Don’t let the pictures on there site fool you. Upon arrival, we waited 5-10mins while the manager was on the phone having a chat. The supposed double bed was never a double bed, the shower took forever to drain and in the morning we were intruded by a cleaner at 10am (check out at 11am),without even being made aware or a knock! IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE,I SUGGEST YOU TAKE IT!!

I stayed at Dylan House and throughly enjoyed myself whilst being in London, the staff @Dylan House are very helpfully I needed to move around London and one of the managers showed me around the area and how to get about, the rooms are excellent with flat screen tv's broadband available and even dvd player I felt I was in a true 5star style hotel, I would throughly recommend the Dylan House for short stay or long as they accomodate you they will go out their way to take care of you I give it 9/10

The hotel & staff & owner all helpful and my stay comfortable. Would recommend any to come and experience it. It’s location is superb, I can sleep @ night, so quiet yet 5mins from Hyde Park. It’s great and thank you.

I recommend extreme caution if considering Dylan House as a place to stay. It can take weeks to get an email response and they have just dropped a booking of mine , even through the request was made weeks ago, just 2 days before international travel. They are very unprofessional and I suggest going elsewhere.
