We were sitting in the cold for 2 hours, not knowing what to do! We finally gave up and decided to find new accomadations elsewhere! We tried contacting them back for a refund and of course no one responds to my multiple emails or phone calls!!
Yes it's a very nice, clean, and cute place to stay at.. but if you want to risk the chance of the house keeper not showing up to give you the key, having to wait hours ourside in the cold in a foreign country, and never getting a refund.. go ahead and stay here. Otherwise find somewhere else to stay!
