HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If you do not want to be waiting for 2 hours in the COLD for the house keeper to never let you in DO NOT COME HERE!!! I did everything they asked, sent them an email to tell them what time I would be arriving, and tried calling the house keeper to let me in. When I arrive into London and go to the apartment, the house keeper was no where to be found. We tried calling her multiple times and no one picked up, and of course there was no voice mail you can leave. We even called the corporate office and talked to them, and they couldn't even help us! We were sitting in the cold for 2 hours, not knowing what to do! We finally gave up and decided to find new accomadations elsewhere! We tried contacting them back for a refund and of course no one responds to my multiple emails or phone calls!! Yes it's a very nice, clean, and cute place to stay at.. but if you want to risk the chance of the house keeper not showing up to give you the key, having to wait hours ourside in the cold in a......
