-The staff were slow, and hardleys spoke English. -The rooms were horrific -Our first room had a smashed window, with the curtains closed to hide it. -The beds looked like they were about to fall apart. -The smell was there to greet us and didn't leave -The 'ensuite' was a box. -It looked as if it needed a good clean. -I actually think I have cought something from staying there. -We didn't stay for breakfast One of the worst things I have seen, was more like something you would have seen at a tv name and shame show. Disgusting. NEVER stay there!

This place was the worst I have been. My sons basement room had a slit shower tray so couldn't be used, was damp and had a few visitors in the bed. We left immediately. I would rather had slept on the street and nearly did. The only good thing was location good for travel over London and to the airport.

Disgusting!Stayed one night with my 8 year old daughter on school trip. There were threadbare carpets and the smell of bleach to mask the dirt was so bad I could taste it.The room was so small it could just about accommodate an adult and a child never mind the cockroaches that decided to join us.

The place is awful! Have stayed in cheap hotels all over the world and never come across a place so bad. The place was digusting. Within minutes of being in the room we saw a huge cockroach. Half the wallpaper was missing and the beds were a health hazard.

Giving budget hotels a bad name

This type of establishment should really be condemned. Please don`t even consider staying here. Dirty room. Disgusting bathroom, looked like the sink and bath had never been cleaned properly. The room above ours had obviously had a leak recently and the damaged ceiling never repaired. The phrase "don`t let the bed bugs bite" doesn`t apply here - you have no option - there are far too many of them.

PLEASE, PLEASE think twice before using this accommadation. Dirty is to good a word to use for it. I wouldn't even let my cat stay there. We checked in they gave us an unmade room with sharing facility of a bathroom that seemed not to have been cleaned in months. We found alternative accommodation.
