| I'm a lady... |
| I know it's a cliche' but I have stayed in a few hotels worldwide and this has got to be my ultimate nightmare 3 day stay. Staff were rude , surly and arguementitive, Period. My room had climate control that could not be adjusted, the bed was uncomfortable when I tried to move it a magazine called 'Busty Brides' fell to the floor. The sealant round the bath was peeling faster than the said, 'Busty Brides'. Parking was really expensive and led to three encounters with reception, just to get the ticket placed on account. It was like "the compter/system says no". After breakfast I asked the waitress if there was somewhere I could smoke and enjoy the rest of my coffee with my 'friend' and I was directed to the Bar area. A couple of minutes passed and a member of staff came in asking what I was doing, in a very abrupt manner making me feel to put it bluntly, bullied! I was staying with a group of people and some of the other stories too long to list include staff refusing to order a cab at 6am for a Lady and checking a guest into a room that was already occupied. I will not be staying at this hotel again in fact I would rather stay at the yankee muscat centre association or as it is more commonly known YMCA! |
