Shocking - noise, noise, noise, noise.

Staff seem more interested in there own entertainment than the customer. When we stayed a wedding spilt out onto the car park, directly outside ALL the rooms. Screams, shreaks and laughing until after 2.00am. All not the hotels fault apparently. All because of new smoking laws...We - and others - didnt get to sleep until after 5.00am.

I thought that The Clarendon Hotel was a well preserved hotel. The standard was very high class and efficient. It was very convient to me as i have family in blackheath. When I was younger I frequently stayed at the Claredon, and have enjoyed it ever since thanks.
