From the outside as you pull into car park it looks quite promising. Staff on reception were nice, helpful. Room was tiny, bathroom postage stamp. Supposedly a king size bed (but made from 2 singles pushed together). Was ok for just sleeping in, couldn't spend much time relaxing. Went down to restaurant for evening meal - Indian cuisine. Food was lovely but the service wasn't great. Took ages just to get a drink. Two lads were ordering a takeaway when we went in and 50mins later (as we were finishing meal)they were still waiting. Breakfast was ok but small portions. Service was ok first morning (probably as we were there just after they start serving). Secondn morning they had run out of knives - difficult for eating breakfast and buttering toast. Overall, have to say I wouldn't rush back and wouldn't recommend it. Cheap, but now know why.

Lovely place, found it on the internet. Very friendly staff, booked a single room and was given a large room with double bed. Room was spotless, bathroom was sparkling clean. Room had everything , internet access, TV with more than the usual terestial channels. Breakfast was good and the service was excellant. Would definately stay again.

Do not by any means book a room here. The decor is shabby, the rooms are dirty and the staff are rude and uncooperative. The hotel is noisy and the food is awful. There were piles of dirty laundry on the stairs when we arrived at 9pm, and had still not been cleared away by 12pm the next day!! The bathroom was tiny, shabby and dirty. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast is inedible (if the staff actually get round to serving you, one morning I ordered tea and toast, waited 20 mins and then had to leave having not eaten anything as I had to attend a course).

Not very pleasant. Was upgraded to a deluxe room from a twin which was meant to have a shower and a bath so complained and was upgraded. The decor was very old and to was the furniture. Bathroom was small enough to swing a cat and don’t look up at the ceiling enough to put you off!!! Breakfast seemed like it was in a cafe not too sure if I was in a restaurant, appears very misleading. The portions were very small and they didn’t cater for vegetarians. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for your individual, not a safe place from what I saw on the evening out. Try and avoid and stick to well known hotels not cheap and cheerful.

Booked with Laterooms and arrived to find that they could not find the reservation. Shoved into a triple room on ground floor adjoining the Kitchen - Noise from there stopped at 11:30pm and started again at 6:00am. Banging of pans, creaking of doors and shouting between kitchen staff. Needless to say not much sleep. Requested room move after first night - They said would move our things for us into a new room while we were in London sightseeing. This did not happen - They said would do for us following day (another night with not much sleep!! Needless to say did not happen and yet again another bad night. All in all 3 bad nights at this Hotel. Room was supposed to be a Deluxe!! What a laugh!! Although it said the hotel had recently been refurbished we saw little evidence of it. The reception, lounge ( not sure I would have called it one),dining room and bedroom was very shabby and tired looking. Personnel even allowing for them being Indian were not very friendly and we were not made to feel welcome. Definitely an Hotel to be avoided. Not good value for money.
