Avoid Mornington Hotel all costs

The Best Western Mornington Hotel(London}is a disgrace. Shabby room, stained coverlet, kettle did not work. Bar closed and although bar person still visible behind counter refused to serve me as a few minutes after eleven pm. Would recommend to NO-ONE!
