After a lengthy journey to London, and countless hours of driving around trying to find the hotel we finally arrived to park our car and be greeted upon entering the hotel. At the main desk was a gentleman, who had evidently been on a long shift, as his profssionalism wasnt to the greatest standard. We parked our car in the final car parking space at 8.30pm (the car park was full by this time) and we lugged our heavy luggage inside. We were asked if we would like to pay for one night or both, and discovered there had been a mistake on our billing, which was quickly rectified. We werent asked if we would like help with our luggage, and were given no information about brekfast times/location etc. Or even room service for that matter-which one may expect when paying over £100 a night. Arriving into our "executive suite" was worth the long wait, the room was clean, the bed lnen was crisp, the bathroom was neat and tidy. The room would gt a 9/10. Hats off to the architect who managed to fit in a tap, WC and bath into such a small space. The bath was very small, and could just about fit one person in it for a quick rinse. The in-bath shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it very unsafe when climbing out, and the heating couldnt be turnd down in the bathroom-which made it very hot and steamy in such a small room, even when the window was left open. All round I found the hotel to be rathe expensive for a 3* hotel, with a small shower room, but if offered a bigger bathroom would go again based on the cleanliness of the hotel.
