Overpriced Basement Box Room

We were allocated at the basement with narrow and smelly corridors. The shower rooms as about the size of our bath at home, the only away to use the toilet was to sit side ways. One of the bedroom did not have hot water at the shower. Staff not very helpful.
The worst hotel I have ever been to - keep away!

The owners simply don't care about the visitors. The biggest problem is that it's totally un-maintained. The tap hardly lets water out. Same for the douche - it hasn't been maintained for years. The toilet is so tiny you cannot close the door when sitting. When taking shower you always stick your elbows either into walls or curtains, and the water spills all over. The mattress is so worn out, you wake up several times at night with backache, and in the morning your back will have a banana-like shape. What really drove me mad is the fact that they have promised to either take care of the issues or move me to another room, but eventually said that the maintenance personnel is unavailable and they don't have a free room to move me to, so I was stuck. Keep away!

Its a clean and nice compact room. The breakfast is good too. Some traveller might not like its small size room. But with that price and in a central location. You cant expect much. I get a double room around 65 pounds (try ebay.co.uk). The hotel is located near to several underground and airport bus stops are just nearby. Overrall, its a nice hotel. But not for ppl who look for luxury room.
Tiny toilet's!

Whe where 5 people how lived in singelrooms, down in the basement, the toiletts was so small that we couldnt close the dorr when sitting on the toilett, and the shower is so small so you got the showeringcurtain around your body when taking a shower, onetime was enough for us!!!

Small rooms and elevator, but clean and good price. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, just a half minute walk from Queensway. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

Top Local Tips for London
The tube Some tube stations on London Underground are very very close together and infact once you have walked down the escalators and corridors to the train platforms you will have been able to have walked to your destination! Examples include Holborn to Covent Garden, Covent Garden to Leicester Square, Bond Street to Oxford Circus.. Try walking for convenience and because you'll get to see some sights along the way!
LondonPass & Travel Card The best thing I did was buying this pass and travel card. It made my travelling on the tube and public buses so easy. If you plan to travel on the Underground tube from Heathrow into Central London, keep in mind that there might not have any elevators or escalators from the track to the street level. I had to carry my luggages up the stairs and the people there do not walk on one side of the stairs (and sidewalks). So, I had to menuever all over the staircase. Other than that, the public transportation system is GREAT!
