Shame about the room

I stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding party. Building and setting lovely. Staff friendly and helpful, but my room was shabby, tired and in need of refurbishment. A big disapointment particularly given the prices charged. I will not be returning.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been pleased with the cleanliness, the rooms and the staff. If you are looking for a modern hotel do not stay here. This one has an amazing history and you feel you could be stepping back in time. The chapel is gorgeous and if you like character, you will love this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and rooms and setting beautiful so much so that we booked our wedding there!

I came with my husband to stay at Rothley Court Hotel for our 50th anniversary. We were both appaulled at the slow service, especially after paying more than enough for the room.
