The price we paid including breakfast was very reasonabe, the breakfast was good quality and the service was very quick. I stayed in a high tech roon witha queen size bed and space for 2 fold down beds, you pay around £30 extra per night per extra person in your room not sure if it is free for kids ( room 447 ) it was really nice/contemporary, take slippers as the foor is all tiled. The spa is in another building nearby, didn't use it so can't comment on that. Hotel is really central for shopping right in the city centre. There are some nice and very reasonable resteraunts in the building attatched to the hotel, Browns and Cafe Rouge being just a couple, we ate in Browns the food was lovely and was reasonably priced. Easily walked to from the train station about 4-5 mins. I am going back with my Hubby in a couple of months time and wil stay again. Hope this is of some help.

This hotel is a great location to explore the city of Leeds. The hotel has nice contemporary rooms which makes a refreshing change. Try to avoid a room overlooking the shopping center though, can be noisy in the early hours. Good value for money. Plenty of parking as well!

Nice place to eat out If you fancy somewhere nice for dinner in Leeds, try the Restaurant Bar and Grill. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and good food and wine.
