I stayed at the hotel with a small group of girls. The rooms were nice & food ok. The receptionist took my card detail to debit the room charge but advised me they would need to 'reserve' an extra £25 for 'damages' but this would not debit my account or I could put £50 cash deposit down! I have today checked my acount and not only has the £110 come out but a additional £1.50, for nothing. As with the previous reports DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD OVER!

Hotel Froze My Bank Account
I stayed with some friends at the hotel just recently. Never in any hotel have I encountered such rude, unprofessional and dishonest staff. When we arrived at the hotel we handed over our debit cards which were kept at reception. The receptionist took my bank account details incase anything happened during my stay. The next day we went shopping and I discovered my account had been frozen by the hotel. I immediately contacted the hotel who avised me my account had been "ring fenced". As I type this review, my account is still frozen. THIS IS 3 DAYS LATER.... I have been assured by the "manager" that they have contacted my bank and my account will be activated asap. Absolutly disgusted with the incompetance of the company and will definately be taking this matter further. I've advised if this matter is not resolved by the end of today I am contaction the police and Watchdog.

THEY FROZE OUR BANK ACCOUNTS
My friends and I stayed at this Hotel for one night and have been before but this year when we went to pay for our stay the really rude receptionist took our money then advised us she had already frozen our bank accounts in case we did not pay!! We paid inn full in cash and the Hotel is still trying to take money from our accounts and my bank said there is nothing they can do. Do not give your bank details to this Hotel and do not let the receptionist be rude to you.

Funky, Fresh, and Vibrant !!
We have stayed at the Park Plaza (Leeds) on several occasions now !! I would highly recommend this hotel to any Leeds visitor !!
The hotel itself is very modern, contempary, and sophisticated !! The rooms are decorated in a contempary design, they come with luxurious, exqusitly clean ensuite bathrooms !! The Shower is excellent very powerful and fully adjustable !! The rooms also include internet access via the television - this is great as web access is free to certain pages !!
The hotel has a very funky bar - playing the latest grooves !! The bar also serves trendy cocktails and is very reasonably priced !!
There is also a Thai fusion restaurant - we have not eaten here on our stays - so I cannot comment !!
The staff were very friendly and extremely efficient !!
Overall I would give this hotel a 10/10 !!
