Excellent in all respects except one- the coffee at breakfast was awful!Weak and tasteless.Otherwise breakfast was good,room very large and comfortable and staff extremely pleasant and friendly.Seems a minor quibble,but the aroma of fresh coffee in the morning would have scored this hotel 10/10!

Stayed for a weekend in late August 06.Initial thoughts were how surprised I was by how clean the hotel was throughout (the girlfriend is a bit of a clean freak!). The bedroom was a nice size and wireless broadband available even in the garden. Used it to find some nice restaurants for our stay. Fast and friendly service from the owners. Will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was excellent Full English with not a hint of grease,fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheese etc also available.Location was brilliant easy walking distance to Town Centre.As our Daughter has just moved to Leamington we will certainly be using The Victoria Park Hotel again.
