Stayed here on business entered the room at 3.30pm and it was extremely chilly,radiator was on but still cold. Entered my room again in the evening at 10.30pm and it was freezing, the duvet was a poor quality thin one so staying warm was impossible, awoke again 3 hours later to find radiator was now off,it was -5 degrees outside and not far off in my room. Got up at 4.30am and went home as it was impossible to sleep in these conditions. Very poor.

The room was large, but linen and towels were often musty, and housekeeping spotty at best. The breakfast was copious, but of low quality. The service is friendly and pleasant, but higher standards of cleanliness and efficiency are called for given the price.
