Excellent spot to drop cases and explore Lake Land, hotel was very well run by excellent, very helpful and friendly staff. The food was very good offering a good evening menu. Would definatley like to go back.

A perfect country Inn

This was our second visit to the Kings Head and we enjoyed it even more than our first.The Inn is in a fantastic setting with fab viwes all round. It has real fires and cosy lounge and the food is traditional and very good.Our bedroom had fantastic views onto the snowcapped hills to the North and was cosy and comfprtable. The bathroom shower only, was on the small side but really good power shower. We love this place and will be back.

Enjoyed a really lovely relaxing break at the Kings Head. Food was really really nice and not too expensive. We loved the olde worlde feel and character. Bedroom a bit small but very comfortable and cosy. Will be returning.
