We stayed for two nights in this awful place.
The reception area was like a time warp from the sixties.
The bedroom was spacious. We saw dirt and dust on the dado rail and lamp shades. The mattress, bed and bedclothes felt cheap and uncomfortable. The TV was old, small and had no hand control. There was a white kitchen unit in the bathroom with a basin in it. The bath taps didn’t match the basin taps. The shower water was either too hot or too cold as the cold pressure was greater than the hot. General air of cheapness.
The swimming pool was a disgrace. It had green mould and broken tiles in numerous places. The water line in the pool looks as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

Booked in for 3 days.
Very expensive, food very average/poor.
Paid for childrens meals, service for these was apalling/non existent, didn't get drinks, sweets didn't arrive etc.
Walked out of meal on last night after being told we hadnt been booked in?, Incompetent restaurant, staff were rude, nasty and treated us with utter contempt.
Never again.

Made to feel unwelcome and unwanted. We like previous reviewers now know what non existent service feels like. It was a costly lesson at £130 a night and I will always read reviews like this first.

On meeting with the hotel again, and with another member of staff, we sat down to discuss the finer details and go over the original arrangements.
1. They had NO idea that we required the ceremony to be held at the hotel - although all this was booked, written down by the very helpful gentleman we met and......
