Would go again, even with the children!
We enjoyed an excellent value anniversary weekend at the Elmfiled, supported by hard working staff and attention to detail. We were able to relax in the lovely honeymoon suite with a large four poster bed, use the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, and were filled by the most wonderful breakfasts of genunine fresh fruit salad (pineapple, melon, blueberries, strawberries, none frozen or from a tin) a good selection of jams and cereals, nice yoghurts (Danone Actavia) and muffin with perfectly poached eggs and smoked salmon with holondaise sauce. Wonderful ingredients, and thougtfully put toghether.

Wonderful weekend
We stayed at The Elmfield by chance whilst visiting some friends in Bideford. The hotel is stunning, with really contemporary yet comfortable decor. The hosts Matt and Zoe where lovely. We had great food at breakfast and dinner, and some really nice cocktails too.
Can't wait to go back - the pool was a real boon.
