Great Break
We had a great time. Ideally located for touring, friendly staff throughout, rooms clean and tidy, price a steal! Few moans heard about slow food, BUT, you try feeding a couple of hundred a night, every night in an hour [never saw 1 meal go back either!
Also great to see the hotel providing so much employment in the area! Keep it up!

Great service
Price was great the bar staff were very good. The restaurant was good, but could have had a bit more choice. The waitresses were very good. I don't think we had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for any course. The entertainment was first class. The bedrooms could be more brought up to date. The location was also first class. I had read some of the reviews before & wondered what we would get.

Hotel and Staff
We have just returned from an excellent holiday, and feel we must comment on one aspect of the holiday. The entertainment was up to Shearings high standard, and the entertainment manager, Mike, was brilliant. He entertained us in so many ways, very professionaly, and always ensured that guests were enjoying themselves.

Magical Entertainment
We stayed on an all inclusive basis - meals good, room and general amenities very clean. The thing that made it for us was the entertainment - Mike was absolutely brilliant. The cabaret acts he booked were also good, but Mike was 'Mr Entertainment' himself - excellent.
