I was told by a member of staff that the manageress had gone out with her husband and left the hotel and bar understaffed. The Assistant Manager attended to me and my family and handled the situation very well.
The place itself was lovely, the staff were great, but if it wasn't for that Assistant manager I wouldn't have gone back.
Incidentally, on my last visit I was told he had left the company. If anyone knows where Mike has gone please get in touch.
