The room was in the attic, extremely small and had a distinct odour. Bed old matress poor and base ripped. No phone, bedside cabinet dirty, stained and burn marked.
Bathroom poorly lit, shower door hanging off and the shower unit stained and certainly had not been cleaned properly. When turned shower on it sprang from it's fixing and sprayed bathroom.
Also found next day I had been bitten about torso by some form of flea or louse.
Breakfast poor standard and microwaved.
Staff were pleasant however but certainly not how it is described in photos
