I agree, the home cooking was enjoyed greatly by my partner and myself, the rooms were clean and comfortable ( we both felt quite at home ). Definitely a shame to leave. WE SHALL BE BACK !!!!!!!

I STRONGLY disagree with Garys review and rating. I do believe he stayed in a different hotel to myself and my family ( either that or he's been taking too much medication ) :) . We found the hotel to be spotless and the food homemade and delicious. Management and staff were superb throughout our stay. This is definately one of the best holidays i have spent with my family and staying at the Midland with Tim and his Staff made it all the more enjoyable. Thanks Tim, Alison, ( Rooms 44 -45 )

Bathroom stank. Extractor didn't work. Bed was damp and smelled musty. Both are covered in insect/flea bites. one out of three windows opened. breakfast filled us up for 20 minutes. Overall a dirty cheap nasty place. AVOID
