If I could enter a zero I would. Quite simply the worst hotel stay/experience I have had in the UK in years. The room was tatty (broken toilet roll holder repaired with mouldy tape, peeling wallpaper, broken shower etc), but the worst aspect was the staff, the most ignorant and rude I have come across in a hotel. As a paying guest you do not expect to be insulted, threatened and shouted at directly by staff. Please, if you read this, trust me and find somewhere else, this place is a shabby dump.
