Our room was a single located overlooking the kitchens, when we opened the only window pigeons flew in. The room was tired and smelt of cigarette smoke. The en-suite was a joke and twice we could not turn off the hot water..thus steaming the room like a sauna. The food was poor quality and vegetables often not fresh. Our complaints were never answered. Eastbourne is a great resort, but beware!

This hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are not particularly clean, dust and dirt on furniture and windows. Food was not hot when served, portions are small. We had a poor experience here.
