I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference in Eastbourne and can only describe my stay as disastrous. I got up on the first morning to find that I had not just no hot water, but no running water whatsoever. One of my colleagues phoned me to tell me that she had the same problem - and we went down to report the problem at reception we were clearly not alone. The manager said that it was 'very strange' and said that he would get it looked at that day but never apologised. Clearly noone did come and fix it because the same thing happened the next day. The manager then offered us a measly £3 discount per night - and could not understand why we thought this was unreasonable! Will definitely not be staying here again.
