Lovely room, bad food and staff

Our large room (premier suite) was wonderful, with a four poster bed and whirlpool bath, and beautiful views and gardens. But the staff failed to smile and were bad mannered, the restaurant was terrible, our beef was raw, and veg was 3 carrots, and a small piece of cauliflower, breakfast next morning just as bad, rubber eggs, undercooked sausage and bacon and burnt toast. Dont eat from this hotel!
