ilfracombe was a beautiful place, but the osborne hotel was a big disappointment.
room 67 had no shower or shower attachment for the bath tap - the bath panel was split and falling off - big stain on the carpet and on the ceiling tiles - television cable hanging down the front of the television - no reading light for double bed - altogether a very run down room, badly in need of redecoration. the food was uninspiring too and the lift very small and dingy, with 2 very heavy doors. no offer of help with luggage. will not return and would not recommend to anyone.
