We have just spent a very pleasurable 3 nights at this Hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Especially the poached smoked hadddock and poached aggs. The setting is beautiful with lovely views. It's extremely quiet and well placed to explore Exeter and the south Devon coast. However, it's off the beaten track, so a Sat/Nav is very useful in order to find it. Only a couple of minor things we were not for us. The room only had a shower and no bath. The stairs were quite steep for my disabled wife and there were no disabled parking spaces near the hotel entrance. Other than that, it really is a superb value hotel and we will hopefully be using it again..and again..and again. Highly recommended!
