Lovely hotel. Great Staff. Excellent service. Fantastic food. What more can I say? After reading bad reviews of this hotel, I was a little concerned when I found I was staying here with work. Little did I have to worry. Its lovely and I recommend to all. I will definitely be visiting again.

Waiting For Dinner!

We recently visited La Gondala for dinner for a party of 20.
We had booked for 7.30 to eat at 8.00
We had to wait over 2 hours before we could
start our meal.
My partner and I had to send back our Steak Diane three times, we had ordered "well done" but it arrived NOT well done.
When we finally received the "well done" steak there we no potatoes !!
I personally would not recommend this restaurant.
The service and food were awful, I don't know if we caught them on a bad night, but AVOID !!!
