Best Hotel in the Midlands Area

I stay in this hotel most weeks when I can get a room. In my view its the best hotel in the area. Working in the Solihull area and there are lots of other choices but with friendly staff and a peaceful location, I recommend this hotel.

Great customer service

My mum and I come to the hotel twice a year, for a weekend without husbands, teenagers and general daily hassle. We have had fabulous spa treatments, with lovely staff, who even put a welcome gift and card on our beds on arrival. The hotel staff, from check in, to the man who delivered the ice to our room, could not have been more efficient or friendly. I have not had better customer service any where.
