They have a very nasty little trick of billing you in £ sterling then, when they take your card, charge in euros and do a swift conversion (at a favourable rate to them) back to sterling - cost me £8 for a 'special' weekend deal - multiply that a few times and you'll see they're onto a winner! There was also a used condom under my daughter's bed (doesn't say much for their idea of cleaning) and I've never yet managed to speak to the manager - always 'out of the office' or 'on a break' - gave up trying in the end (I expect that was the idea).
