I stayed here for a week. The welcome was warm. All staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my young son and the hotel didn't disappoint. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool. A games room with darts, billiard tables and table tennis. Entertainment was provided every night with a bar.

There's a great selection of food but the quality was a little dour but don't be put off. They are very accommodating. If you don't like something they are more than happy to give you an alternative.

The atmosphere here is very welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble to provide you with a great stay at this hotel.

Your local to everything. The beach is not far at all and the main bars are not too far either but not close enough to cause any problems.

Top Local Tips for Newquay

Walking round Newquay Unless you like a good walk and are moderately fit Newquay isn't for you. Its very hilly with about 200 steps down to the beaches.

No good for seniors As Newquay is renouned for surfing, the place is full of youngsters, hence bars, pubs and noisey night clubs that are open till late. Not a good shopping town and I wouldn't recommend it to older folk.

Eden Project Visit the Rain Forest dome first.
