Worst Hotel Ever!

This experience is one I will remember for some time for all the wrong reasons. What an oppressive, unfriendly place. I stay in lots of hotels in my job and this is the worst one I've been to. The service just did not exist. I went for breakfast at 7.30am, there was no-one about and the place was in darkness. When somebody did appear they told me I was too early! As a business traveller this is unacceptable. The whole place has just unsettled me in general and I suggest it as definitely one to avoid at all costs!

I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer this. The service couldn't have been less friendly or experienced. No offers of drinks on arrival, burned bread rolls on the table, badly poured drinks when they finally came, broken caffetiares, seriously overpriced food that doesn't reflect the prices on the website (you pay extra for vegetables on top of £12 main course prices) - and no apologies for any of it! A very bad experience - this is the first review I have ever written but I had to get this off my chest because I feel so angry!?!
