Lovely hotel, very cosy, great service and staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed in the aquarius room which overlooked the river dee very comforable and clean. The house is beautiful very old with beams and feels like home. We only stayed one night, the service was great and the cooked breakfast was delicious as much as you could wish to eat. We couldn't have stayed anywhere nicer.

Wonderful B&B. Thoroughly recommended. Greeted by friendly cats outside on arrival. Late evening book-in by friendly staff. Beautifully clean room. Pleasant dining room... no trace of pets there!!. Wonderful access to Chester's scenic views. Convenient parking, essential in the busy City for conference attendance.

Top Local Tips for Chester
Upstairs at the Grill Need to book ahead but was excellent service and food was absolutely divine - warning must enjoy red meat to get the most out of this place! More than we would normally pay but worth every penny (our bill came to £120 for 2 but included cocktails, wine and tip).
Nice pub If you like ye olde pubs..go to the falcon pub. Lovely place, cheap sam smiths beer!
MD's Really nice restaurant on Watergate street. Has a feel of restauarant in a foreign country.Food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend.
