Not as good as you'd think

We choose this hotel because of all the acloades and awards on it's web site but were very disappointed in both the room (not the cheapest by far!) and the service. For a small family hotel which prides itself on it's 'attention to detail' it left a lot to be desired.

Top Local Tips for Cheltenham

Hotel on the park it is just a trap, preying on passing trade. The Queens Hotel, is a real hotel and there are many genuine hotels in the beautiful Cheltenham. Don't ruin your trip and believe you are booking into a so called chic boutique hotel like this tacky hole. It is not the Crazy bear and it is certainly not the Ritz it is just a trap preying on passing trade.

Shopping Make sure you walk down the Promenade - some fabulous shops on a regency tree-lined avenue.
