Our stay at the Victoria hotel was generally good, the waiting staff and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant although the gentleman on the reception desk was not. Not much information was given to us about what was included with our room and we later found out that one of these things not included was breakfast!! The reception staff I think need to be given some more training in customer service and manners. However, the food was nice and reasonably priced and the room was very clean, well kept and was a nice large room. It was nicely situated, easily to find, about a 20 minute walk into the town center. I would recommend this hotel to other people.
